Terms and Conditions
1. What the Service is
We operate a platform that puts riders in touch with independent, licensed drivers. We are an intermediary: we are not a transport company, we do not own the vehicles, and we do not employ the drivers. The transport contract is between you and the driver. What we owe you is a platform that works, matches you fairly, prices transparently and handles payment.
2. Who may use it
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You must register with accurate details and keep them current.
- One account per person. Your login is yours alone; you are responsible for what happens under it.
- Drivers must additionally satisfy the Driver Contract and pass document verification before going online.
3. Booking a trip
- You enter a pick-up and a drop-off and see an estimated fare before you confirm.
- Confirming sends the request to nearby drivers. A driver accepting it forms the transport contract between the two of you.
- The estimate is an estimate. The final fare is calculated from the distance and time actually travelled, plus any waiting time, tolls or surcharges shown in the app.
- Scheduled trips are held for the time you chose and assigned to a driver ahead of it. If no driver takes it, we tell you and the trip is cancelled at no cost.
4. Fares, payment and receipts
- Fares are shown in Albanian Lek and include VAT where it applies.
- You pay by the method selected at booking — card through our payment provider, or cash directly to the driver.
- For card payments, the amount is authorised when the trip is requested and captured when it completes.
- A receipt is issued for every completed trip and is available in your trip history.
- Where a driver charges you for cleaning or damage, the amount must be evidenced; you can dispute it through support.
5. Cancellations and no-shows
- You may cancel free of charge within the grace period shown in the app after a driver accepts.
- After that, or if you are not at the pick-up point when the waiting time expires, a cancellation fee may apply.
- If the driver cancels, or does not arrive, you pay nothing and any authorisation is released.
6. Your conduct
While using the Service you must not:
- behave abusively, threateningly or discriminatorily towards a driver or anyone else;
- damage or soil a vehicle, or carry anything illegal or dangerous in one;
- be intoxicated to the point of being a risk to the driver or yourself;
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or try to defraud a driver, us or a payment provider;
- interfere with the app, scrape it, reverse-engineer it, or use it through automated means.
Drivers may refuse or end a trip where any of this happens. We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account for it — see section 9.
7. Safety, reports and ratings
Either party to a trip may report the other. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, who may take no action, warn, suspend or terminate. Serious incidents are referred to the police. Ratings are used to maintain quality standards and may lead to a driver being removed from the platform.
8. Lost property
Contact support with the trip details and we will pass your request to the driver. Neither we nor the driver are liable for items left in a vehicle, and a driver may charge the cost of returning them.
9. Suspension and termination
- You may close your account at any time from the app. Trips already in progress must finish first, and amounts already owed remain payable.
- We may suspend an account immediately where there is a safety risk, suspected fraud, or a serious breach of these terms, and terminate it after review.
- We tell you the reason and, unless the law prevents us, give you a way to contest the decision.
10. Our liability
We are liable for our own failures in operating the platform. We are not liable for the conduct of a driver or a rider, for the condition or roadworthiness of a vehicle, or for events outside our control. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that Albanian law does not allow to be limited. Consumer rights under Law no. 9902/2008 on Consumer Protection are unaffected by these terms.
11. Intellectual property
The app, its name, logo and content are ours or our licensors'. Using the Service gives you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app as intended, and nothing more.
12. Personal data
How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is published here with a new version number and you are asked to accept it the next time you open the app. Until you do, you can still see your account and history but cannot book or drive. If you do not want the new terms, close your account.
14. Governing law and disputes
Albanian law governs these terms. Talk to support first — most disputes are settled there. Failing that, the courts of Tirana have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right a consumer has to bring proceedings where they live.
